Party finger food for guests, quick

Makes about 50 pieces. Roll out the puff pastry, cut out small discs using a round cutter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Melt the margarine in a saucepan, add the tomato paste, and stir until the tomato paste and margarine are smoothly combined. Stir in the water, cream, sugar, and pizza seasoning and remove from the heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon 1/2 teaspoon of tomato sauce onto each puff pastry disc and sprinkle each with a little cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (fan oven) for 15-20 minutes, then let cool. This recipe is perfect for small buffets, champagne receptions, as a snack between meals, or for evenings in front of the TV.
