Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ cube of yeast
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 125 ml water, lukewarm
  • 250 g tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence
  • ½ tsp salt
  • some cayenne pepper
  • 125g mozzarella
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 25 minutes

makes 4 small pizzas

Make a yeast dough. Roll out the dough, shape it into 4 flatbreads, and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Mix together the tomato puree, olive oil, garlic clove, tomato paste, herbs, salt, and cayenne pepper and spread it on the pizza flatbreads. Slice the mozzarella and place them on top. Bake the pizza flatbreads at 200°C (preheated oven) for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the finished pizza with fresh basil and serve.
