Fried sugar snap peas

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g sugar snap peas
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • pepper
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean the snow peas. Slice the garlic cloves. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the garlic until light brown, and then remove. Add the snow peas to the pan and fry over high heat for 45 seconds, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic. Deglaze with the soy sauce and season with pepper and sugar. If desired, stir in 2 teaspoons of toasted sesame seeds.
