Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 ml milk (rice drink), or soy rice drink
- 150 g flour
- 100 g oat flakes
- 150 ml apple juice
- 1 medium-sized apple, cut into small pieces
- 1 pinch of salt
- 10 ml mineral water
- some oil for the pan
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
without sugar
Mix all ingredients with a whisk or spoon until a smooth batter forms. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the pancakes.
