Vegan apple pancakes with rice drink

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 ml milk (rice drink), or soy rice drink
  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 1 medium-sized apple, cut into small pieces
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 10 ml mineral water
  • some oil for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

without sugar

Mix all ingredients with a whisk or spoon until a smooth batter forms. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the pancakes.
