Healthy Kaiserschmarrn with fruit

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 10 g cornstarch
  • 40 g spelt flour (wholemeal)
  • 30 g edible bran (wheat bran)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 100 ml milk, 0.1% fat
  • some sweetener
  • n. B. flavoring
  • 150 g fruit, e.g. 1 apple

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Chop the fruit into small pieces and fry. Mix all the remaining ingredients thoroughly with a hand mixer, let it swell briefly if necessary, then pour it over the apples and fry, turning and mashing. This isn’t a proper Kaiserschmarrn, of course, but it’s incredibly delicious. It’s perfect for breakfast, contains plenty of fiber, and is filling. Only 410 kcal per serving, depending on the fruit.
