Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ tbsp low-fat quark (low-fat curd cheese)
- ½ tbsp bran (oat bran)
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp sweetener, powder
- ½ vanilla pod(s), scraped
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 drops of olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the low-fat curd cheese, oat bran, and egg. Depending on the stage, you can also use 2 tablespoons of curd cheese and 2 tablespoons of oat bran per egg. Add the sweetener, cinnamon, and vanilla bean pulp and stir into a smooth batter. Lightly grease a nonstick pan with oil using a paper towel or a brush and cook the pancakes on both sides over medium heat.
