Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • a few onions, diced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • 1 slice(s) bread(s) (wholemeal bread)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Snack in autumn

Sauté the onion in butter until translucent, then add the chopped chanterelle mushrooms to the pan and fry until crispy. Toast the whole-grain bread in the toaster until crispy. Finally, place the cooked mushrooms on the slices of bread. Many people would certainly enjoy sprinkling some parsley or chives on the bread. The chanterelle mushroom is an excellent edible mushroom. Because it has spines on the underside of the cap instead of gills or tubes, it’s very easy to identify. Mistakes are virtually impossible, but please only eat it if you’re absolutely sure.
