Potato waffles with leek

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek, small
  • 250 g potatoes
  • 2 tbsp cheese (grated Emmental, 30% fat)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 4 tsp condensed milk (4% fat)
  • 1 tbsp potato flour or cornstarch
  • salt and pepper, pepper
  • ½ clove(s) garlic
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tsp herbs (chopped garden herbs)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the leek into thin rings and blanch briefly. Grate the potatoes and mix them with the leek rings, Emmental cheese, egg, condensed milk, and potato starch. Season the potato-leek mixture with salt and pepper. Heat a nonstick waffle iron and bake two waffles one after the other until golden brown. Finely chop the garlic clove, mix it with the sour cream and herbs, season with salt and pepper, and serve with the waffles. Great for a slim figure!
