Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g quark (20% fat)
- ½ cup sour milk (3.5% fat)
- 100 g Gorgonzola or other blue cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- some salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 tbsp walnuts, coarsely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Dip for grilled potatoes or baguette
Blend all ingredients until smooth, then stir in the chopped nuts and garnish with a few walnut pieces. Serve with grilled potatoes.
