Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark (20% fat)
  • ½ cup sour milk (cream sour milk)
  • 50 g bacon
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 tsp margarine
  • some salt and pepper
  • Parsley, freshly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with baguette or ciabatta

Finely dice the bacon and fry in margarine. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent. Mix the quark and sour cream thoroughly and add to the diced ham and onion. Season. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
