Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g quark, 20% fat
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 100 ml skimmed milk
  • 2 tbsp hazelnut spread

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

ideal as breakfast or snack between meals

Pour the quark into a bowl. Stir in the milk and cream. Finally, add the hazelnut spread and mix well. This spread is delicious for breakfast or as a coffee snack. Since it’s a generous portion, it’s easy to share. When buying hazelnut spread, make sure it contains as few carbohydrates and sugar as possible.
