Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg roast pork with rind
  • 2 kg salt
  • 2 packs of mixed herbs (frozen)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut into the crust of the roast, spread the herbs over the crust and some over the rest of the roast. Sprinkle salt on a baking sheet and place the roast on it. Roast for approximately 0.5 hours at 150 degrees Celsius, 0.5 hours at 175 degrees Celsius, 0.5 hours at 200 degrees Celsius, and another 1/2 hour at 225 degrees Celsius. The time depends on the size. The important thing is to increase the time gradually.
