Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 200 g minced meat
- 4 gherkins
- Mustard, sweet
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s)
- oil
Instructions

with minced meat and cucumber
Wash the pork schnitzels, pat dry, and flatten them in a cut-open freezer bag. Brush with mustard and season with salt and pepper. Season lightly, as the other ingredients are also spicy. Brush the schnitzels with minced meat and top with lengthwise sliced cucumber. Roll up and secure with roulade pins. Dice the onion. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls on all sides. Toast the onions and cook everything over low heat for about 20 minutes. Enjoy with salad and fresh bread or baked potatoes.
