Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 sausages
- 50 g dried meat (also jerked meat, smoked belly)
- 50 g bacon
- 2 onions
- Parsley
- salt and pepper

Place the sausages in boiling water and let them simmer for 5 minutes (do not boil them any further!), then remove and dry. Dice the bacon, jerked beef, and onions. Fry the bacon and jerked beef in a pan, add the onions, and fry until golden brown. Add the parsley and season with salt and pepper. Fry the sausages in a pan. Serve with mashed potatoes, seasoned with 1-2 tablespoons of mustard.
