Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g blue, seedless grapes
- 1 pear(s)
- 1 tbsp coconut syrup
- 75 g orange juice
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 100 g Cremefine, Vanilla
- 400 g quark, low-fat
- 3 tbsp sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash and halve the grapes. Wash, core, and slice the pear. Mix the fruit with coconut syrup and orange juice. Toast the desiccated coconut in a pan until golden brown. Whip the Cremefine until stiff. Mix the quark with the sugar and desiccated coconut, then carefully fold in the Cremefine. Serve the coconut quark with the fruit and sprinkle with some desiccated coconut.
