Tomato – mozzarella – rolls

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 rolls (wholemeal rolls)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 4 olives
  • possibly Pepper
  • 1 ball(s) of reduced-fat mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cut open the whole-wheat rolls. Crush the garlic and mix it with the olive oil, then spread it on the rolls. Slice the tomatoes and olives and top the rolls with them. Add pepperoni, if desired. Slice the mozzarella and arrange it on top. Season with salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Bake at approximately 150°C for about 10 minutes. This recipe calls for 6 servings per serving.
