Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 baguette(s) (wholemeal)
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste, seasoned
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • basil
  • oregano
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the baguette into 20 slices and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Finely chop the tomatoes and onions and mix with the tomato paste. Crush the garlic and add to the tomato mixture. Season with oregano, basil, and pepper. Spoon the mixture onto the baguette slices. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes until crispy.
