Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g yogurt, Greek
  • 3 tbsp, heaped raspberries, frozen
  • 2 tbsp, heaped walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp, heaped honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with Greek yogurt, raspberries and caramelized walnuts

Thaw the frozen raspberries in a container for about 45 minutes. Pour the Greek yogurt onto a plate. Sprinkle the thawed raspberries over the raspberries. Heat a pan and lightly toast the walnuts without fat until they begin to brown. Set the pan aside and add the honey. Stir until the honey melts. Pour the caramelized walnuts and the hot honey over the yogurt and berries. Serve while still hot.
