Sweet lupin banana

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 1 ½ tbsp sweet lupin meal
  • 1 piece(s) butter for frying
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt, approx. 150 – 200 g
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

crispy, protein-rich and healthy

Peel the banana and cut it in half lengthwise. Heat a little butter in a small non-stick pan and add the sweet lupin meal. Immediately add the banana halves and fry for a while. When the underside of the banana is nicely golden brown with the meal, turn the banana over and fry in the remaining meal until golden brown. You can also carefully turn the banana over in the pan if you like. It doesn’t matter if some of the meal sticks to the banana. The rest can be used for decoration. Once the desired browning is achieved, arrange the banana halves on a dessert plate, add the yogurt and drizzle everything with honey. If there are any leftover meal left in the pan, you can sprinkle this over the yogurt too. This is a very protein-rich and healthy dessert or a great way to start the day as breakfast.
