Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp pineapple juice
  • ¼ tsp sambal oelek
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 piece(s) pineapple, fresh
  • ½ stalk(s) leek
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 50 ml tomato juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the pineapple, bell pepper, and leek into small pieces. Briefly sauté them in a saucepan with the pineapple juice and soy sauce over low heat. Deglaze with the tomato juice and season with sambal oelek, tomato ketchup, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Thicken slightly with the cornstarch. Add a little more tomato juice if desired. WW – 1 Pro Point for the entire sauce.
