Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¾ liter of beer
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 kg gelling sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the beer with the gelling sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon and boil gently for about 2 minutes. After skimming, pour into glasses.
