Gabi's light garlic sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bulbs garlic, red
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise, light
  • 4 tbsp yogurt 1.5%, or more
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 1 pinch(s) of mixed Italian herbs
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for grilling, raclette, salad or as a dip for vegetable sticks

Peel and quarter the garlic bulbs, and press them through a garlic press. Use only the pressed garlic paste. Mix together the mayonnaise, yogurt, and crème fraîche and season with a pinch of Italian herb mix and salt. Pour the sauce into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
