Vegetable Stir-fry with Minced Meat and Feta

The perfect vegetable stir-fry with minced meat and feta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Ground beef
  • 1 Thick onion, 1 whey of garlic
  • 200 g Parsnips
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 200 g Green beans
  • 1 Hand full of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 100 ml Milk or broth
  • 1 tsp Hot paprika powder
  • 0,5 tsp Ground cumin
  • Salt pepper,
  • Oil z. Roast meat,
  • 50 – 100 g Feta cheese

preparation

  1. First clean the beans and cut them into 2 or 3 pieces. Cook with salt and a little baking soda or baking powder for 5 – 7 minutes, depending on how thick they are. You should still have bite. Pouring off. Roughly dice the onions, finely chop the garlic clove. Peel the parsnips and cut into 1 cm cubes. Wash and core the peppers and cut into strips or slightly larger pieces. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Dice or crumble the feta cheese.

  1. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the minced meat until it is nice and brown. Finally brown the onions and garlic.
  2. Push the minced meat to the edge of the pan, add some chilli oil if necessary, otherwise to taste, and fry the parsnips for 3 minutes. Add paprika and fry for another 4 minutes. Mix with the minced onion mixture. Add the tomato paste and sweat a little.
  3. Now add milk or broth, as well as salt, pepper, paprika and cumin. Add the tomatoes to get hot, it only takes a few minutes and then fold in the beans. Season again to taste and spread the feta cheese over it.
  4. We had basmati rice with it. A delicious low-carb meal without a side dish. Enjoy the meal.
