Ingredients
 

Minced meat rolls with feta

  • 300 g Ground beef
  • 200 g Feta
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Oregano sprigs
  • 4 leaf Filo pastry
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

zaziki

  • 250 g Cream yogurt
  • 0,5 piece Cucumber
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

"Ouzo spritz"

  • 250 ml Peach fruit nectar
  • 50 ml Crodino (bitter orange aperitif)
  • 4 cl Ouzo
  • Crushed ice

Instructions
 

Minced meat rolls with feta

  • Peel the onion, cut in half and finely dice. Sauté the onion cubes in a pan in a little olive oil, leave to cool. Pluck the oregano leaves and finely chop them, then add to the minced meat together with the onion cubes. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper. Spread ¼ of the minced meat on each sheet of filo pastry on the long side. Scatter ¼ of the feta cheese on top. Brush the edges with beaten egg. Now roll up into rolls, folding the sides inwards. Fry the rolls in a pan in plenty of rapeseed oil, remove and drain on kitchen paper.

zaziki

  • Peel and roughly grate the cucumber. Peel and finely chop the garlic and grind to a puree. Mix all ingredients and season with salt and pepper.

„Ouzo-Spritz“

  • Fill a glass halfway with ice. First add the ouzo, then the remaining ingredients.
