Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 6 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 1 tsp spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

Slice the leek into thin rings. Pour the cooked spaghetti over the leek while it’s still hot. Let it stand for 10 minutes, then add the seasonings and mix. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. You can, of course, break up the spaghetti before cooking, or you can use fork spaghetti. This salad is delicious with grilled food.
