Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta
- 250 g light mozzarella
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 cucumber(s), sour
- Balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Cook pasta until al dente. Drain the water. Chop the tomatoes and cucumbers and add them to the pasta. Dice the mozzarella and add them. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add balsamic vinegar to taste (don’t overdo it). Mix everything well and let it sit.
