Place the flour in a mixing bowl and mix with the yeast and all the spices and herbs. Now fold in 2 tablespoons of the oil and the hot water and knead the dough until it is smooth and supple. Cover the dough in the bowl with a cloth and let it rise for about 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Peel the onions, finely dice both, and sauté them in a pan with a little vegetable oil. Add the mushrooms and sauté for about 3 minutes. Add the tomato paste and stir in. Drain the corn and pineapple and set aside. Chop the smoked tofu and set aside. Once the pizza dough has risen, roll it out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread the sautéed mushrooms on top. Spread the pineapple, corn, and smoked tofu over the mushrooms and press down lightly. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
