Yogurt-oil-nut butter-maple syrup dessert

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup of yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 1 tsp oil (linseed oil)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp, heaped butter (nut butter, preferably cashew butter)
  • possibly fruit, flakes, nut pieces
  • Muesli

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sweet JONA Dessert

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add fruit, muesli, flakes, or other items as desired and serve in a beautiful dessert glass. Note that the linseed oil must be fresh (opened linseed oil will keep in the refrigerator for about 3-4 weeks). Alternatively, other nutty-flavored oils can be used. The cashew butter can also be substituted for a different nut butter, depending on your taste.
