Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ handful of garlic cloves
- 200 g beans, white, cooked
- 30 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ tsp pepper
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Place the garlic in a small glass dish or similar and roast in the oven, skin on, for about 15-20 minutes until soft. In the meantime, use a hand blender to puree the beans with the remaining ingredients until smooth, adding more liquid if necessary. Remove the garlic from the oven, let it cool, then peel it and add it to the bean spread. Mix everything together and enjoy on bread. The spread is also suitable as a dip for vegetable sticks. It can also be used as a spread in wraps, tortillas, or similar dishes, or eaten with pasta. The spread will keep in the refrigerator for over a week.
