Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 20 g yeast
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 apples
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with yeast, also with plums or apricots

Mix all ingredients except the apples. Peel, quarter, and core the apples. Cut the quarters into thin slices, but do not cut all the way through so that they stay together. For each pancake, add about 1.5 tablespoons to the pan. Place an apple quarter in the batter and press it diagonally to create “lamellas.” Repeat this step until the pan is full. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Eat immediately or store on kitchen paper until all are finished. Tastes especially good with cinnamon sugar or regular sugar. For plum or apricot fritters, halve the fruit and press it into the batter without further chopping.
