Crunchy muesli with almonds

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g flaxseed
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 50 g almonds, chopped, sliced ​​or ground
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon
  • 2 pinches of vanilla sugar or
  • 1 pinch(s) vanilla powder
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with cinnamon and honey without sugar

Mix the oat flakes with sunflower seeds, flaxseed, and desiccated coconut. Stir the almonds, cinnamon, and vanilla into the flakes. Heat the oil and honey in a pan and bring to a boil. Add the flake mixture and stir quickly, then toast for about 5 minutes. Let cool and store in a sealable container. Enjoy with milk, yogurt, and/or seasonal fruit. I don’t like desiccated coconut, so I simply leave it out.
