Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 250 g berries of your choice
  • 1 sachet of pudding powder (cold dish powder)
  • mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the cold soup powder with the buttermilk. Chop the berries, if desired, and fold them in. Divide everything among dessert bowls and refrigerate for 4 hours. Garnish with a mint leaf before serving.
