Place the soy steaks in a bowl. Bring the water to a boil and pour it over the soy steaks. Let them soak for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the marinade. Mix the Herbes de Provence, salt, pepper, chili flakes with mustard, oil, and soy sauce to make a marinade. Squeeze the soy steaks well to get all the water out. Brush both sides with the marinade and let them sit for at least two hours. The longer the steaks marinate, the more flavor they absorb. You can prepare the salad now. Chop or tear the ingredients into small pieces and dress them. Fry the marinated steaks in oil until golden brown, turning them several times. Unlike meat, they won’t dry out if you turn them several times. Arrange the steaks with the salad and serve.
