Celery salad with apples

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ celery
  • 2 apples, sour
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard, hot
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash and dry the celery, removing any strings. Cut the stalks into thin slices. Wash and pat dry the apples, removing the cores. Finely dice the apples and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix the mustard with the olive oil and wine vinegar. Season sparingly with salt and pepper. Arrange the apple cubes and celery slices in a salad bowl. Add the dressing and mix well.
