Vegan herb spread made from peas, beans, tofu and wild garlic pesto

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • 150 g giant beans, white, cooked
  • 100 g tofu (herb tofu)
  • 1 tbsp wild garlic pesto, vegan
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp parsley, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp chives, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the herb tofu into large cubes and place it in a mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients. Blend with a hand blender until smooth and store in a preserving jar in the refrigerator. The spread will keep for about a week.
