Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 25 g ground grain (e.g. wheat, rye, oats, spelt)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • ¼ apple
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 pinch of vanilla

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Basic recipe for 1 person

The grain is coarsely ground and soaked overnight in a little water. Mash the banana with a fork until smooth, coarsely grate the apple, and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix all ingredients and fold in the cream. You can vary the mixture with nuts, other fruits, and seeds as desired.
