Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g yogurt
- 250 g flour
- 75 g double cream cheese
- 75 g sheep’s cheese
- 50 g butter, melted
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sage, dried
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, in rolls
- 1 large egg(s)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Fat for the muffin tray
Instructions

makes 12 muffins
Combine the feta cheese and cream cheese in a bowl, mash, and stir until smooth. Mix the flour well with the baking powder, sugar, salt, and herbs. Mix the yogurt with the butter and egg, and gradually stir the yogurt mixture into the flour mixture. Grease the muffin tin. Fill the holes 1/3 full with batter. Add a heaped teaspoon of cheese mixture to each. Spread the remaining batter over the cheese mixture. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly. Then remove the muffins from the tin and let cool completely on a wire rack.
