Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150g mozzarella
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 pack of pizza dough from the refrigerated section (24 cm)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 50 g Pepper, green
  • some basil
  • possibly olives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thinly slice the mozzarella, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Heat the oil in a pan. Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza dough. Spread the mushrooms, pepperoni, mozzarella, and tomatoes evenly on top. Carefully slide the pizza into the pan and cook for 2 minutes, then bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown. Sprinkle with basil before serving.
