Cheesecake Brownies with Fruit
The perfect cheesecake brownies with fruit recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Dough:
- 170 g Dark chocolate
- 170 g Butter
- 120 g Sugar
- 2,5 Eggs size L.
- 200 g Sifted flour
- 1 pinch Salt
Cheese mass:
- 150 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 40 g Soft butter
- 50 g Sugar
- 1,5 Eggs size L.
- 40 g Food starch
Fruit:
- 20 Frozen raspberries or fruits as you like, with larger pieces simply pieces of them
Preparation:
- Gently butter a rectangular shape 30 x 20 cm and line it with baking paper. For the dough, melt the chocolate with the butter over a water bath that is not too hot and stir well. Preheat the oven to 170 °. Put an egg separately in a bowl, weigh and stir. Later, use half of it each for the dough and cheese mixture.
Dough:
- Beat the 2 1/2 eggs with the sugar until creamy-whitish. Then stir in the slightly cooled chocolate and butter mixture. When everything has combined well, sift the flour in several portions and quickly fold in the pinch of salt.
Cheese mass:
- Whip cream cheese and butter until creamy. Add the sugar and the 1 1/2 eggs and stir in. Finally fold in the cornstarch.
Completion:
- Fill the mold with 2/3 of the batter. Pour the cheese mixture on top. Splot the remaining dough into the cheese mass and then lightly pull a fork through so that a marbling forms. Finally, distribute the fruit on the surface and place the form on the 2nd shelf in the oven from below. The baking time is between 40 – 50 minutes. The inside of the cake may (but does not have to) be a little damp.
