Ultimate Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tsp, heaped instant coffee powder
  • 400 ml water, hot
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 200 g strawberries, ripe
  • 100 ml condensed milk, 10%
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar, 8 g

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Pour hot water over the coffee powder, stir, and let cool. When the coffee is only lukewarm, place it in the refrigerator to chill completely, about 1-2 hours. Peel the banana and cut it into 2-4 pieces in a blender. Add the strawberries, trimmed from the greens. Then add the cold coffee, condensed milk, and vanilla sugar. Blend everything in the blender on high for 1-2 minutes and then serve. Tastes great as a breakfast coffee or as a dessert. It’s definitely a delicious alternative to iced coffee. If you like, you can also serve it with ice cubes.
