Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) sweet paprika powder
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
  • ½ pinch(s) oregano
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ¾ slice(s) cheese, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 slice(s) ham, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 date cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Whisk the eggs with milk and spices, then stir in the tomatoes, ham, and cheese. Fry in a pan with a little oil. Turn the omelet after about 1-1.5 minutes and cook for another 1-1.5 minutes.
