Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 6 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 5 leaves of fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

After washing, thinly slice the tomatoes and arrange them on the plate, alternating with the thinly sliced ​​cheese. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground pepper, drizzle with vinegar and olive oil, and bake in the oven (grill or top heat) for about 5 minutes. Cut the freshly picked basil leaves into coarse strips and scatter over the top before serving. Serve with fresh baguette.
