Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 m.-large tomato(s)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 400 g feta cheese
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Halve the tomatoes, cut-side up, and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, chopped garlic, and seasoning, then sprinkle with diced feta. Bake in the oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley just before the end, topping with a little more olive oil if desired. Serve with fresh baguette.
