Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g wild garlic, fresh
- 50 g walnuts or pine nuts
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- 11 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
- 1 clove(s) garlic, (more if you like)
- n. B. Pfeffer
- n. B. Salt
- some oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, wash the fresh ingredients, then drain the wild garlic thoroughly. Sauté the walnuts in a pan with a little oil, then let them cool. Blend the oil, wild garlic, walnuts, and finely crushed garlic in a small bowl with an immersion blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Delicious with pasta or white bread!
