Raspberries under a cream and yogurt topping

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 300 g whipped cream
  • 300 g natural yogurt (3.5%)
  • sugar, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Place the raspberries in a bowl. Whip the cream until stiff peaks and spread it over the raspberries. Spread the yogurt over the cream. The dessert should be refrigerated for a while so the yogurt can soak into the raspberries. Sprinkle brown sugar over the cream before serving.
