Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g wheat (Ebly)
- ½ chicken, grilled
- 1 can pineapple, in pieces
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 1 cup of yogurt (low-fat yogurt)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- pineapple juice
- salt and pepper

Bone and skin the chicken, and cut into small pieces (approx. 1 cm). Drain the pineapple chunks and reserve the juice. Halve or quarter to taste. Quarter whole mushrooms, or use sliced mushrooms. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. For the salad dressing, whisk together the yogurt, soy sauce, honey, pineapple juice, and seasonings, then fold in. Cook the Ebly according to the package instructions, drain, and mix with the other ingredients while still hot. Season to taste. The whole salad has 26 points.
