Spicy noodle and chicken stir-fry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 120 g pasta, dry
  • 2 chicken breast fillets (120g each)
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • chili powder
  • Paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente. Cut the chicken fillet into strips, thinly slice the zucchini and carrots, and dice the onions. Brown the meat and diced onions in heated oil. Then add the remaining vegetables and cook everything together for about 8 minutes. Stir in the noodles, brown, season with salt, paprika, and chili powder, and serve. A quick tip: You can also eat it cold as a pasta salad in the summer.
