Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 90 g rice pudding
- 200 g strawberries, fresh
- 40 g sugar
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml water
- 2 tsp cinnamon and sugar or raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Bring the sugar to a boil in the water and coconut milk, then chop the strawberries and add them. Add the rice. Let everything simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar or with the raisins.
