  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

Bone and skin the chicken, and cut into small pieces (approx. 1 cm). Drain the pineapple chunks and reserve the juice. Halve or quarter to taste. Quarter whole mushrooms, or use sliced ​​mushrooms. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. For the salad dressing, whisk together the yogurt, soy sauce, honey, pineapple juice, and seasonings, then fold in.
