Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 tbsp, levelled sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Puree the bananas, lemon juice, yogurt, quark, and sugar in a blender and pour into glasses, bowls, or cups. The mixture will be more liquid in a blender. If you prefer a creamier consistency, mash the bananas with a fork and mix the remaining ingredients with a spoon.
